Tuition & Scholarships Student Finances Sulam Yaakov students pay a modest tuition fee. They are required to literally invest in their future. Thus, the program is only part-time, allowing each student to also earn a living while studying. This, too, heightens the dedication, independence and motivation to succeed Scholarship opportunities are available as well as participation in our internship program cosponsored by Jewish Educational Resources of New York (JERNY), which offers tuition grants to those who travel to Upstate New York and teach the entire community about Israel-related issues.
